Early-Bird Registration — Deadline Sunday February 28, 2010

Tournament Details

  • Saturday, March 13th 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
  • Tournament Pool Play (minimum 8 games) & Single Elimination Playoffs
  • All Teams are guaranteed 4 Pool Play & 1 Playoff matches (Single Elimination)
  • All Teams (A, B & C) will be required to referee Pool Play & Playoff matches and must have a Referee on their team to officiate ALL matches
  • Participants will follow regular CVA rules (which includes not being permitted to rotate into games—CVA Substitution Rules apply)
  • Tournament Director(s) reserve the right to move teams to appropriate Divisions and to change match schedules to facilitate tournament schedule without significant notice
  • Pool play selections are wholly conducted by RANDOM DRAW

Tournament Divisions

  • A Division: Highest level, equivalent to NAGVA BB/A or VGVA Competitive 2.
  • B Division: Intermediate level, equivalent to NAGVA B or VGVA Intermediate 2/Competitive 1.
  • C Division: Beginner level, equivalent to VGVA Intermediate 1 and Recreational.

Tournament Rosters

  • Teams must have a minimum 6 players to a maximum of 8 players
  • Team captains are not required to submit a roster prior to the start of the tournament
  • On the morning of the tournament, all players will be required to sign a waiver before beginning to play

Team Confirmation

Once the registration information and the team fee has been received, the Team Captain will be e-mailed confirmation of the team's registration into the tournament as well as further tournament details.

  • Team Fees MUST BE RECEIVED (online) by the FINAL DEADLINE DATE of SUNDAY, MARCH 7, 2010 for teams to QUALIFY. NO LATE REGISTRATIONS WILL BE ACCEPTED - NO EXCEPTIONS!
  • REFUNDS will NOT be issued after SUNDAY, MARCH 7, 2009. (All refunds are subject to a 20% Administration Fee)
